The Body-Peace Corps, launched in February 2010 on the University of Michigan campus, is a University Health Service sponsored student organization whose members are passionate about promoting positive body image and preventing eating disorders. Our mission: -Educate others about the dangers of pursuing a beauty ideal -Support the pursuit of a healthy ideal -Build a supportive, inclusive community -Remind people that it is the size of their lives, not the size of their bodies that counts.
